Scott Phillips Scott Douglas Phillips, son of Gary and Lois, was born July 25th, 1977. Raised in the city of Lacey, Washington, Scott’s first exposure to the acting world came on the stage where he had the opportunity to act in various plays such as Rogers and Hammerstein’s The King and I, the musical Chess, and Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors. His career was put on hold while he followed another pursuit, education. He has received both a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Education from National University. With his return to the acting community in 2001, Scott “came home” to the passion of his youth. His return has included the wonderful class in Salt Lake City, Utah called “Actors’ Gang” as well as projects in television and film. An avid sports fan, Scott participated in many sports during his youth. When not on set, Scott can be found either at a high school teaching and coaching, on the golf course, or spending time with his beautiful wife, Stacia.
